Express Delivery (ED)
Consignments are picked up and delivered within 2 -3 hours from the time of booking. Pricing is 2 times standard rates.
Note: All courier jobs include up to 25 kilos in weight and a total of 10 minutes load / unloading time. For additional weight and time please refer to your courier pricing schedule. Delivery times quoted are maximums. In most cases, deliveries are completed well within the stated times.
Please allow additional time for distances over 30 kilometres, inclement weather, traffic conditions and Fridays, especially Friday afternoons.
For consignments over 250 kilos, Taxi Truck rates will apply. Please refer to the pricing schedule for details.
Standard Delivery (STD)
Your consignments are picked up and delivered within 3-4 hours from the time of booking.
VIP Delivery (VIP)
This is our urgent service. The first available vehicle is despatched to collect your consignment with direct delivery to your receiver. Pricing is calculated at 3 times standard.
